進捗を別の端末に引き継げますか

申し訳ありませんが、現在のところ引き継ぎには対応していません。ゲームの進行状況はお使いの端末の中にのみ保存しており、クラウドへの同期を行っていないためです。

そのため、端末を初期化されたりアプリを削除されたりすると、進行状況は失われます。

最初からやり直したいです

アプリの中に進行状況を消す機能はご用意していません。いったんアプリを削除して入れ直していただくと、最初の状態から始められます。

この操作を行うと、集めたスタンプ・絵葉書・豆知識と、お持ちのコインもすべて消えます。元に戻すことはできませんので、ご注意ください。

音を消したい、振動を止めたい

設定画面から、効果音・BGM・触覚(振動)をそれぞれ切り替えられます。

表示言語を変えたいです

設定画面の「言語」から、日本語と英語をいつでも切り替えられます。初回起動時は端末の言語設定に従います。

盤面のヒントは無料で、何度でもお使いいただけます。迷われたときはお気軽にどうぞ。

Can I move my progress to another device?

Not at the moment, and we are sorry for the inconvenience. Your progress is stored only on your device and is not synchronised to any server.

This means that resetting your device or deleting the app will lose your progress.

How do I start over from the beginning?

There is no reset option inside the app. Deleting the app and installing it again will start you from the beginning.

Doing this also removes every stamp, postcard and piece of trivia you have collected, along with your coins. It cannot be undone, so please be sure before you do it.

How do I turn off sound or vibration?

Sound effects, music and haptics can each be switched on or off from the settings screen.

How do I change the language?

Tap Language on the settings screen to switch between English and Japanese at any time. On first launch the app follows your device language setting.

Hints are free and unlimited. Tap the hint button whenever you would like a nudge.
