1. このポリシーについて

本ポリシーは、本アプリの利用にあたって取得される情報と、その取り扱いについて定めたものです。本アプリにはアカウント登録の仕組みがなく、氏名やメールアドレスをご入力いただく画面もありません。

本アプリは、以下の情報を自動的に取得します。いずれもお客様個人を直接特定するものではありません。

4. 取得しない情報

本アプリは、次の情報を取得しません。

• 氏名、電話番号、住所、生年月日
• メールアドレス(お客様ご自身がお問い合わせのために送信される場合を除きます)
• GPS による精密な位置情報
• 電話帳・連絡先
• 写真、カメラ、マイク
• SNS アカウントとの連携情報

本アプリにはログイン機能も、個人情報を入力する画面もありません。

5. 利用目的

取得した情報は、次の目的にのみ利用します。

• 不具合の発見と修正、および遊びやすさの改善
• どの機能がどの程度使われているかの把握
• 広告の配信と、その効果の測定
• お問い合わせへの回答

6. 端末内に保存する情報

ゲームの進行状況(盤面、所持コイン、訪問した都市、集めたスタンプ・絵葉書・豆知識)と各種設定は、お使いの端末の中にのみ保存されます。当方のサーバーへ送信することはなく、複数の端末のあいだで同期する機能もありません。

そのため、本アプリを削除すると、これらのデータも併せて消去されます。

7. 情報の安全管理

端末から送信される情報は、いずれも暗号化された通信(HTTPS / TLS)を用いて送信されます。端末内に保存されるデータは、OS が提供するアプリ専用の保存領域に置かれ、他のアプリから読み取られることはありません。

当方は、取得した情報を本アプリの改善・広告の配信・お問い合わせ対応に必要な範囲でのみ取り扱います。前記の各サービスに保管された情報の安全管理は、各社が定める基準に従って行われます。

8. 第三者への提供

前記の情報は、以下の各社のサービスによって取得・処理されます。当方が、お客様を特定する目的で情報を第三者に販売することはありません。

これらの提供先は、いずれも本ポリシーと同等以上の水準で情報を保護することを各社のプライバシーポリシーおよび利用条件で定めており、当方はその内容を確認したうえで各サービスを利用しています。

• Google LLC(Firebase Analytics、Firebase Authentication、Google AdMob) — プライバシーポリシー ／ Firebase のデータ取り扱い ／ パートナーのサイトやアプリでの情報の使用

9. 広告のパーソナライズと選択肢

本アプリは Google AdMob による広告を表示します。広告表示に関する同意確認の画面をアプリ内でお出しし、そこでのご回答に応じて配信される広告の内容が変わります。

ご選択は、いつでも次の方法で変更できます。

• アプリの設定画面: 「広告の設定」から、広告に関する同意の内容を変更する(同意の取得が必要な地域にお住まいの場合に表示されます)
• iOS: 「設定」→「プライバシーとセキュリティ」→「トラッキング」で、アプリごとの追跡の許可を切り替える
• Android: 「設定」→「プライバシー」→「広告」で、広告 ID をリセットまたは削除する
• Google アカウントの広告設定から、パーソナライズ広告を無効にする

10. 欧州経済領域・英国・スイスにお住まいの方へ

欧州経済領域(EEA)・英国・スイスにお住まいの方について、当方は EU 一般データ保護規則(GDPR)およびこれに相当する各国の法令にもとづき、次のとおりお取り扱いします。本節における管理者は、上記「2. 提供者と連絡先」に記載した oneWheat です。

処理の法的根拠

• 広告の配信およびパーソナライズ — お客様の同意(GDPR 第 6 条 1 項 (a))。同意はアプリ内の同意確認画面で取得します
• アプリの改善、利用状況の把握、不具合の発見と修正 — 当方の正当な利益(同項 (f))。個人を特定しない範囲でアプリの品質を保つための処理です
• お問い合わせへの回答 — 当方の正当な利益(同項 (f))

お客様の権利

お客様は、ご自身に関する個人データについて、アクセス・訂正・削除・処理の制限・処理への異議・データポータビリティを求める権利をお持ちです。行使をご希望の場合は、上記の連絡先メールアドレスまでご連絡ください。

同意の撤回

広告に関する同意は、いつでも撤回できます。方法は「9. 広告のパーソナライズと選択肢」に記載したとおり、アプリの設定画面の「広告の設定」からお願いします。撤回は将来に向かってのみ効力を持ち、撤回前に行われた処理の適法性には影響しません。

域外への移転

取得した情報は、EEA・英国・スイスの域外にあたる日本および米国において保管・処理されます。移転にあたっては、各サービス提供者が定める標準契約条項などの保護措置にもとづいて取り扱われます。

監督機関への申立て

お取り扱いにご不満がある場合、お住まいの国のデータ保護監督機関に苦情を申し立てる権利があります。お申し立ての前に、まず上記の連絡先までご連絡いただけますと幸いです。

11. お子様のプライバシー

本アプリは子ども向けに制作されたものではありません。13 歳未満のお子様から意図的に情報を取得することはありません。お子様の情報が送信されたことにお気づきの場合は、上記の連絡先までお知らせください。確認のうえ、削除いたします。

12. 保存期間と削除のご請求

Firebase Analytics で取得したイベントデータは、取得から 14 か月のあいだ保管し、期間の経過後に削除します。分析のためにこのデータを BigQuery へ書き出す場合も、同じ期間で削除します。端末内に保存されたデータは、本アプリを削除した時点で消去されます。

ご自身に関するデータの削除をご希望の場合は、上記の連絡先メールアドレスまでご連絡ください。対象を特定するために、ご利用の端末の情報をお伺いすることがあります。

13. 国外への移転

前記の各サービスは日本国外にサーバーを設置しており、取得した情報は日本国外において保管・処理されることがあります。

本ポリシーの内容を変更した場合は、このページを更新し、冒頭の最終更新日を書き換えてお知らせします。

The app does not collect any of the following.

• Name, phone number, postal address, or date of birth
• Email address (except when you send us one yourself in order to contact us)
• Precise location data (GPS)
• Contacts or address book
• Photos, camera, or microphone
• Social media account connections

The app has no sign-in feature and no form for entering personal information.

5. How we use it

We use the information collected only for the following purposes.

• Finding and fixing problems, and making the game easier to play
• Understanding which features are used and how often
• Serving advertisements and measuring their performance
• Replying to your enquiries

6. Data stored on your device

Your progress (the board, coin balance, cities visited, and the stamps, postcards and trivia you have collected) and your settings are stored only on your device. They are never sent to our servers, and there is no synchronisation between devices.

This also means that deleting the app deletes this data along with it.

7. How we keep information secure

Everything sent from your device is transmitted over an encrypted connection (HTTPS / TLS). Data held on the device is kept in the app’s own storage area provided by the operating system, where other apps cannot read it.

We handle the information we collect only to the extent needed to improve the app, serve advertisements and answer enquiries. Information held by the services listed below is secured according to the standards each of those companies sets.

The information described above is collected and processed by the following services. We do not sell information to third parties for the purpose of identifying you.

Each of these third parties is bound by its own privacy policy and terms to protect your information to a standard equal to or greater than the one described in this policy, and we reviewed those terms before adopting their services.

9. Ad personalisation and your choices

The app shows advertisements served by Google AdMob. A consent screen is presented inside the app, and the ads you are shown depend on the answer you give there.

You can change your choice at any time.

• In the app: open Ad settings on the settings screen to change your advertising consent (shown if you live in a region where consent is required)
• iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking, then turn tracking on or off per app
• Android: Settings → Privacy → Ads, then reset or delete your advertising ID
• Turn off personalised ads in your Google account’s Ad settings

10. If you live in the EEA, the UK or Switzerland

If you live in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom or Switzerland, we handle your information in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the equivalent national laws. The controller for the purposes of this section is oneWheat, named in “2. Who we are” above.

Legal bases for processing

• Serving and personalising advertisements — your consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)), obtained through the consent screen shown inside the app
• Improving the app, understanding how it is used, and finding and fixing problems — our legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f)) in keeping the app working well, without identifying you
• Replying to your enquiries — our legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f))

Your rights

You have the right to access your personal data and to ask us to rectify or erase it, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive it in a portable form. To exercise any of these rights, email us at the address above.

Withdrawing consent

You can withdraw your advertising consent at any time through Ad settings on the app’s settings screen, as described in “9. Ad personalisation and your choices”. Withdrawal takes effect going forward and does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before it.

Transfers outside your region

The information collected is stored and processed in Japan and the United States, which are outside the EEA, the UK and Switzerland. These transfers are covered by the safeguards each service provider has put in place, such as standard contractual clauses.

Complaints

You have the right to lodge a complaint with the data protection authority in your country. We would appreciate the chance to address your concern first, so please do contact us at the address above.

11. Children’s privacy

The app is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child’s information has been sent to us, please contact us at the address above and we will verify and delete it.

12. Retention and deletion requests

Event data collected through Firebase Analytics is retained for 14 months from collection and deleted once that period has passed. Where this data is exported to BigQuery for analysis, it is deleted on the same schedule. Data stored on your device is erased when you delete the app.

If you would like your data deleted, please email us at the address above. We may ask for details about your device so that we can identify the right records.

13. International transfers

The services listed above operate servers outside Japan, so the information collected may be stored and processed outside Japan.

14. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update this page and revise the “Last updated” date shown at the top.
